Pauperocracy

Pauperocracy, as its name suggests, is an ideology based off the rule of the poor. It is the complete opposite of Plutocracy.

Overview

The basic principle of Pauperocracy is that rich balls should have no right to hold public office, and that such rights are to be reserved to balls that have less than a certain amount of net worth and assets. Pauperocracy believes that this is the only way to preserve the integrity of the government and stave off the corruption that comes with rich balls being in government.

Variants

Pauperocracy comes in two variants:

Moderate Pauperocracy:

Moderate Pauperocracy usually sets a reasonable limit to how "valuable" a ball can be before they are not allowed to hold public office. Moderate Pauperocracy may or may not allow said ball to exceed that limit while they are in office, but once the ball leaves, they cannot hold public office until they lose their "value". Moderate Pauperocracy almost always allows balls that were once rich but are now not to hold public office.

Extreme Pauperocracy:

Extreme Pauperocracy only allows the poorest and most downtrodden of society to be in government positions. Extreme Pauperocracy will not allow balls to become rich/er while holding public office, or they will have to leave. Sometimes extreme pauperocracy may allow previously rich balls to hold public office, but sometimes he won't allow it; it depends. Extreme Pauperocracy is theoretically and practically impossible; who would want to work in government and stay poor?

Character Model

Pauperocracy has the inverse colors of Plutocracy. The "V" represents a wallet, and it has a fly escaping it, which is a symbol commonly used as a representation of brokeness and/or poverty.

Personality

Pauperocracy is your typical ball that works in public office. He writes and/or signs bills, makes policies and laws, makes allies and enemies. On the political spectrum, he is mostly a leftist. Despite his job, he lives in a cardboard box that he wears on his head like a hat. He also needs to stay away from Plutocracy at all times because if they accidentally make contact, they will both instantly explode.
