- ↑ 3.0 3.1 During Tandi's presidency, anti-cartel regulations were implemented to limit the acreage and brahmin head one man could control.
- ↑ Goodneighbor was founded by Ghouls and criminals who were exiled from Diamond City following the election of Mayor McDonough in Diamond City in 2282. It is also known to have crime being commonplace, despite Hancock’s best efforts to crack it down.
- ↑ Barb Howard and Hank MacLean both believed that the only way to end all the wars in the world was to bring about the Great War in the hope that they would eventually gain peace via a "true monopoly." However, this greatly backfired in the end. Quote from Hank: "If the problem with the world is factions endlessly fighting, endlessly at war, then what is the solution but to get rid of the factions? To make the world us. Only ours to shape."
- ↑ The Enclave planned to unleash their modified version of the FEV virus into the globe to kill all the mutants and non-Enclave humans in Fallout 2.
- ↑ Season 2 of the Amazon Prime show heavily implies the Enclave orchestrated the Great War.
- ↑ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhm_nSO45fk People who keep confusing the Enclave with Fascism need to read Gentile.
- ↑ The Enclave are more of a deeply reactionary faction than the fascists that Arcade Ganon claims them to be.
- ↑ Especially towards non-Enclave humans.

Caesar dislikes the thought of having robots win a war fought by men, as it defeats the need for a sacrifice for the greater good.\ Beyond that, the Legion is opportunistic and will use any kind of technology to further its goals, whether it be using a howitzer to suppress NCR snipers or occupying HELIOS One after the Courier wipes the NCR out with ARCHIMEDES. Radios are frequently used, but overall, the Legion opts for devices that use no power to increase reliability. The Legion does not need or truly desire power sources like the NCR, but at no point opposes their usage as it does with chems, alcohol, and combat robots.

- ↑ Most likely based on Scientology.
- ↑ "Ass jerky don't make itself." -- The Ghoul
- ↑ He relies on a special drug that prevents him from becoming a feral ghoul.
- ↑ Before meeting Moldaver, Cooper Howard was incredibly patriotic, pro capitalism, and pro civil liberty.
- ↑ From Wiki: Even though hiring him has no Karma requirements, Charon follows a personal moral path. Stealing in Underworld turns him hostile. If the Lone Wanderer kills a good non-player character in Charon's presence, Charon will become upset and, if subsequently fired, turn hostile.
- ↑ Codsworth is programed to serve others, and is angered by selfish actions.
- ↑ Don't really know if she counts as a president or not but it fits her the best as she's the leader of the NCR remnants
- ↑ Lee Moldaver used to own her own company until Vault-Tec decided to acquire it.
- ↑ Interestingly, his in-game Intelligence stat is 6.
- ↑ The closest thing to a genuine fascist leader in the Enclave.
- ↑ Autumn fundamentally disagreed with Eden's attempt to reimplement the genocidal approach and exterminate all mutations in the wasteland (which would lead to large scale purges of humans), believing this method to be too extreme. To Eden, it was humanity clouding objectivity, but to Autumn it was a decision to fight for the American people and securing their future, rather than doom. Autumn sought to rebuild the United States of America, with the Enclave leading the charge. He considered himself a patriot, one of the good guys, and the Enclave the only entity with the ability to bring about a rebirth of America. Consequently, the ends justified all the means at his disposal. Thus, unlike the Enclave, who are quasi-fascist reactionaries who hopelessly hold a distrust with people outside of the Enclave, even fellow humans, Autumn represents a genuine approach towards actually rebuilding the glorified version of America that the rest of the Enclave leadership claim to be fighting for.
- ↑ Supports the Enclave without question,
just like most Trump fans, prior to finding him at Raven Rock. - ↑ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZg1XBjinLw
