Novenosocial Alter-Corporation, or Novenosocial Alter-Corporatism is the civi-cultural Third Positionist and economically left of center ideology of user Great-clarinet that believes that the forces of capital and labor must be engaged in a mutually beneficial social partnership brokered ideally by the forces of capital and labor themselves or a non-government third party (albeit possibly facilitated by the state) in the framework of a corporatist economy. As a variation of Social Corporatism, it would leave business administration separate from the state. It believes a cross-class system of regulation, in which negotiations that involve the workers, employers and state; but mostly the workers and employers, will satisfy all parties and maximize efficiency.

History

Corporatism has to some extent always existed, as its tendencies appear in many authoritarian-leaning states and systems that desire aspects of both a command and market economy. The ideology as a proper concept began with writings commissioned by Pope Leo XIII in 1881, attempting to resurrect the social and economic situation of "guild based socialism." Corporatism was also created to some extent to avoid and suppress the Marxist concept of class conflict and replace it with class collaboration. Seeking for the state to mediate conflicts between individual firms, employees, and economic sectors (corporations) in order to maximize economic efficiency and social harmony. Corporatism has been popular in many Reactionary and non-Capitalistic right-wing circles, as it functions on a largely collective basis and attempts to stifle over-eager individualism and competitiveness. It was picked up by many former Syndicalists who moved on to the emerging Fascist movement, having a few things in common despite not wishing to abolish the class structure. It was adopted in practice in Fascist Italy and the Regency of Carnaro, in which economic sectors were given representative authority and state-guaranteed powers of negotiation and arbitration. On a theoretical level, corporatism has also been influenced by the writings of Emile Durkheim and Ferdinand Tönnies on solidarity and community.

The development of Social Corporatism began in Norway and Sweden in the 1930s and was finished in the 1960s and 1970s. Social corporatism developed in Austria under the post-World War II coalition government of the Social Democratic Party of Austria and the Austrian People's Party. Social Corporatism in Austria protected private property in exchange for allowing the labor movement to have political recognition and influence in the economy to avoid the sharp class conflict that plagued Austria in the 1930s.

Beliefs

Novenosocial Alter-Corporatism is a form of economic tripartite corporatism based upon a social partnership between the interests of capital and labor, involving collective bargaining between representatives of employers and of labor ideally mediated extragovernmentally (albeit possibly facilitated by the government) ultimately at the national level. It is considered a compromise to regulate the conflict between capital and labor by mandating them to engage in mutual consultations that are ideally mediated extragovernmentally (albeit possibly facilitated by the government). However, it believes that compromise or collaboration between all capital will not avoid or suppress the Marxist concept of class conflict to any noticeable extent, but rather resolve it by increasing capital’s desire to compromise, even cooperate, with labor. This resolution will split all conglomerates into federations of smaller businesses. It also especially supports a major ninth option within the status quo of diatonic and chromatic composition on account its superiority to the octave. This superiority is not one of the consonance of the base interval of the scale, but rather one of that of its fundamental superstructures:

This is like well temperament, but within the key rather than between the keys as it allows the use of any note of the key as the root, third or sixth of the triad, making the key a circle of steps. In spite of what Andreas Werckmeister is accepted to have realized, though, it believes that the “split” keys well temperaments have traditionally disposed are not unnecessary, let alone counterproductive in music with chromatic progressions and extensive modulations.

Other economics

With the split of all conglomerates into federations of smaller businesses, Novenosocial Alter-Corporatism believes that people will gain the right to a basic income and a job. This universal basic income may be drawn out of tax revenue or provided by a bottom class income tax exemption. On the opposite side of the universal basic income, there will be a universal basic land value assessed for property tax purposes. These taxes will also guarantee a universal basic strength for public schools. The schools, public and private, shall have music classes which teach the theories of the octave and the major ninth as complementary.

Government

It believes in a democratic system, with or without an aristocracy, even a monarchy, but with only parties who agree that major ninths are better scales than octaves for having keys that are the circles of steps described above. Authoritarians, Democrats and Libertarians would be elected to separate sections of the senate, Authoritarians being elected in separate years and having a separate electoral system from Democrats and Libertarians, in order to balance the nominal power of the three positions. In actual terms, however, the Democratic section of the senate would theoretically be able to overpower the other two to the point of substantially governing alone and conversely the Authoritarian section would theoretically be overpowerable by the other two to the point of substantially not governing (if an aristocracy or a monarchy exists, this will be impossible for the aristocracy or monarchy to do to the senate though). Obviously this should not happen in practice since any aristocracy or monarchy which may exist and all the parties in the senate explicitly MUST agree on the given point of music theory. This general agreement in the government would serve as a role model for capital and labor.

Novenosocial Alter-Corporation spells in major ninths and frequently speaks in cants, if not outright conlangs; people often misunderstand or don’t understand much of what he says. To make an octatonic scale, he uses the alphabet ABCDEFGH, but in a way still connected to German notation where B and H cannot appear in the same triad. He also sometimes calls all modes that are major ninths “minor” because the most consonant 6-3 triad is a minor 5:6:8 or “major” because their ambitus is a major interval and uses almost completely different solfège syllables to sing a Neolydian vs. a Neoionian scale.

  1. In “German”, normies use: C D E F G A B/H which spell a major mode and do re mi fa so la te (ta)/ti
  2. Novenosocial Alter-Corporation uses: F G A B H C D E and fo se li ta bu/ku do ra mi in the Neolydian mode and F G A Bb (Be) H C D E and da ro ma fi bu/ku so le ti in the Neoionian mode, both being major (“harmonic minor”/“maximum”) modes.
